There are many organizations that are doing something about this travesty. Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation is one of my favorites. This organization has done more on a global scale to educate, encourage, elevate, and inspire nations, internationally. There are people from all walks of life that are affected by this and have the courage to speak out. They give their time, money and their voice to affect a global change.
